Refund policy
Our Returns and Refund Policy
You can return our products 30 days after receiving them.
If the product you received was damaged/defunct then you may receive a refund/replacement. We ask that you send us a picture of the product as some problems can be fixed easily without the need for a return. If the problem is not fixable then we will give you a return label for you to send to your local post office, once we have received the product we can either:
- Issue a refund.
- OR send you a replacement product (free of shipping).
To be eligible for a refund/replacement of an undamaged/non-defunct product it must be unused and returned in the same condition it was received.
To start a return is simple! All you need to do is notify us at info@carbtuneshop.co.uk
For returns within the UK expect a refund within 2-4 business days.
For returns within the EU and Europe expect a refund within 5-11 business days.
For returns outside of the EU and Europe expect a refund within 6-17 business days.
