Shipping policy

For Royal Mail collections:

Orders placed on weekdays from 0600 to 1500 (GMT) are typically collected the same day. 

Orders placed on Saturdays from 0600 to 1000 (GMT) are typically collected the same day.

Orders placed on Sundays will be collected on Monday.

 

For FedEx collections:

Orders are typically collected 1-2 days after purchase

 

When the order has been processed you will receive a fulfillment email and a subsequent tracking number which can be used on the Royal Mail track and trace website - https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item OR FedEx track and trace. Following fulfillment, depending on the time of day, your order will be received by our local post office either the same day or the day after.

We send worldwide.

Shipping information is split into several sections: UK, EU and outside of the EU. For information on shipping times and prices relevant to you, scroll down to one of these sections. Deliveries are sent either via Royal Mail or FedEx

Shipping rates and times presently are:-

Orders sent within the UNITED KINGDOM are free of shipping costs and will typically be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class 2-4 business days after the collection date.

 

Orders sent to the EUROPEAN UNION are delivered either by Royal Mail or FedEx depending on the location. As we produce and ship our product from Northern Ireland, which remains in the EU Single Market, there are no extra duties to pay for EU customers.

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES IN THE EU:

Orders sent to AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, CYRPUS, DENMARK, FINLAND, GERMANY, GREECE, LUXEMBOURG, MALTA, NETHERLANDS, PORTUGAL, SPAIN + SWEDEN will cost around 15€ and will typically be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked 5-11 business days after the collection date.

Orders sent to IRELAND will cost around 11€ and will typically be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked 5-11 business days after the collection date.

FEDEX DELIVERIES IN THE EU:

Orders sent to CZECHIA will cost around 700Kč and will typically be delivered by FedEx Standard 5-8 business days after the collection date.

Orders sent to FRANCE will cost around 20€ and will typically be delivered by FedEx Standard 5-8 business days after the collection date.

Orders sent to HUNGARY will cost around 10000Ft and will typically be delivered by FedEx Standard 5-8 business days after the collection date.

Orders sent to ITALY will cost around 22€ and will typically be delivered by FedEx Standard 5-8 business days after the collection date.

Orders sent to POLAND will cost around 120zł and will typically be delivered by FedEx Standard 5-8 business days after the collection date.

Orders sent to BULGARIA, CROATIA, ESTONIA, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA + SLOVENIA will cost around 27€ and will typically be delivered by FedEx Standard 5-8 business days after the collection date.

 

Orders sent OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION are delivered by Royal Mail.

Orders sent to AUSTRALIA will cost around 40AUD and will typically be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked 6-17 business days after the collection date.

Orders sent to CANADA will cost around 36CAD and will typically be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked 6-17 business days after the collection date.

Orders sent to NORWAY will cost around 190NOK and will typically be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked 6-17 business days after the collection date.

Orders send to the USA will cost around 35USD (this price includes a 10% tariff applicable from the 29th of August 2025) and will typically be delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked 6-17 business days after the collection date.

Orders sent to Australia and Canada will cost 8AUD and 8CAD, respectively and will be typically be delivered by Royal Mail International 6-17 business days after the collection date.

Orders sent to Norway will cost around £3.50 and will be typically be delivered by Royal Mail International 6-17 business days after the collection date.

Orders sent to the USA will cost around $10USD and will typically be delivered by Royal Mail International 6-17 business days after the collection date. NOTICE: A tariff of 10% will be added to this after 29/08/25.

As outlined by our Returns and Refunds policy you can return an item to us, free of shipping charge, up to 30 days after you have received it. When we have got it back we will issue the full refund.
